From my experience, when someone has a problem and they call a company to come fix a problem, most of the time they are made to feel like a number and they feel like the person they are talking to has never had a problem and is not the least bit concerned about their problem, they are just going by the book.

Your company was not in that category; the response time, attitude, and professionalism far surpassed any company I have ever dealt with. You did what you said and it was done when you said it would be done. When I talked to Chris and told him I had water all through my house, he said don't worry I'll be there in one hour and he was.
